I have so much to research before I can begin to decide upon what I want to do with this project. I know that I want to do something innovative and really want to find out something which people are unaware of in bread as this would be interesting. From the seminars over the past few weeks I have a few starting points.

- Geographic
- Health
- Pantone
- Size
I must remember that this is not about research, but research will guide me to my design. Why am I looking into somethings and where am I going with it?
