I also quite like their website and having the navigation a focus point of the page. This is a page I like, but some others do look a bit dated with the whole colour and black and white cut out images.
I always thought public sector would be boring and would have loads of restrictions... but they have produced stuff I really like and have changed my view of public sector design.
